"and was placed into custody" " As a member of a family who lost someone to a hit and run, and I also lost a friend the same way, ANY drunk driver (caught or not) DESERVES every bit of trouble that they get. Even if he wasn't drunk, he certainly LOOKS incapacitated. Would you want him driving down your road?
