He doesn't even know the names, nor does he interact on a daily basis, with all of those children. In the private sector, they would be the "customers". The CEO of Dell is not responsible for making sure all of his customers know how to use a computer. My initial premise was based on the comment that being superintendant of schools does not necessarily qualify one to be a CEO in the private sector.
